Maps

Map is available in the left navigation menu on the homepage of your web application. It displays the vehicles list with their current status and location on the map. Each vehicle is represented by a marker, which can be clicked to view detailed information.

Icons and Indicators

• Alarms Icon : Indicates the received alarms from the device.
• Battery Icon : Indicates the battery status of the tracking device.
• Signal Icon : Indicates the status of the vehicle like Online/Offline.
• Ignition Icon : Indicates the ignition status of the vehicle.
• Power Icon : Indicates the power value of the vehicle.
• RPM Icon : Indicates the Vehicles RPM.
• Immobilizer Icon : Indicates Immobilizer status.
• Three Vertical Dots (More Options) : Provides a menu with additional options.
• Search Bar : You can search vehicles by vehicle name or device number.
• “+” Button : Use this button to create a new device.

Options Menu (on the right)

• View : When you click this view, you will get the complete vehicle information of this vehicle including Registration no., device IMEI number, SIM details and subscription expiry.
• Edit : Allows editing of vehicle information.
• Connections : Manages connections related to the vehicle’s tracking device, such as Geofences, Notifications, Drivers, and Maintenance.
• Replay : Replays the vehicle’s past routes or activities by applying a filter for the period (e.g., today, yesterday, this week, previous week, this month, previous month, and custom).
• Reports : Generates reports based on the vehicle’s data. First, it gives three options: trips, routes, and events reports. By applying filters for the period, you can generate the reports.
• Create Geofence : Allows the creation of geofences for the vehicle.
• Send Command : Sends commands to the vehicle’s tracking device.
• Operations: Provides operational options or settings like Share Position, Reset Distance, Set Odometer, Door Lock and Delete Positions.
• Google Maps : Opens the vehicle’s location in Google Maps.
• Apple Maps : Opens the vehicle’s location in Apple Maps.
• Street View : Opens the vehicle’s location in Google Street View.
• Remove : Removes the vehicle from the tracking interface.

Other Option on the Map

• Show/Hide Menu : Allows to Show/Hide left Menu Bar
• Device Count : This menu displays the count of vehicles current status like how many vehicles are in Running state, Stopped, Idle, Inactive, No data, Total count.
• Immobilizer On/Off Button : It allows the authorized user to Immobilize or Mobilize the vehicle.
• Device Info, Status and Score Card : On the right side of the Map page, there is information panel regarding the device information, current status and score card.
• The Status : shows the device status in detail with daily summary.
• The score card : indicates the Driver’s Behaviour in terms of Hard Acceleration, Hard Braking, Hard Cornering and Overspeed events.
• Immobilizer Status : It shows the current status of the Immobilizer of the device as On or Off
• Notification Pop Up : This Pop-up lists all the Notifications/Alarms generated in any vehicle during the last 4 hours duration.

Adding a Device

When the user clicks on the "+" icon on the main screen, they will be redirected to the “Add Device” page.

Mandatory Fields

On the “Add Device” page, the following fields are mandatory and must be filled out by the user:

1. Name : The user must provide a name for the device.
2. Model : The user must specify the model of the device.
3. IMEI Number : The user must enter the IMEI number of the device.

Non-Mandatory Fields

Other fields on the “Add Device” page are optional and do not need to be filled out for the device to be added successfully.

Instructions

1. Click on the "+" icon on the main screen.
2. Fill out the mandatory fields:
   • Name
   • Model
   • IMEI Number
3. Fill out any optional fields if desired.
4. Submit the form to add the new device.

Map Visualization

In Neatcom, the map shows the real-time positions of your vehicles. Each vehicle is represented by a marker, which can be clicked to view detailed information.
